T cell receptor (TCR) is a key receptor molecule on T cell surface and T cells recognize antigen by specific TCR. The TCR of normal individuals is polymorphic, and the length of CDR3 region follows the Gaussian distribution. In some patients, clonal proliferation of T cells appears, TCR is predominantly utilized and TCR polymorphism is destroyed. Studying the relationship between TCR polymorphism and disease may allow us to have a deeper understanding of the occurrence and development of the corresponding disease and provide an important theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease. In this paper, we summarized the relationship between T cell receptor polymorphisms and diseases and summarized the research progress in recent years.
