1987年9月份,我们公司安装了5台WNY 2-10-Ⅲ型卧式内燃三迴程燃油锅炉(使用时全部改为热水锅炉)。这5台炉均分布在不同的地区,主要作为冬季生产拌热和保温用(夏季不用),于同年11月份正式投用,到1988年底就先后发现一些事故,5台锅炉中,运行时间最长为126天,最短运行时间为62天,平均运行84天。1988年12月27日,在迁安泵站安装的锅炉严重漏水,无法继续使用。停炉后,打开后盖发现烟管腐蚀严重,花板也有不同程度的腐蚀。(腐蚀部位如图一)。当时组织了抢修,更换
