当可持续发展成为人类和自然协调发展的全球化战略的时候,绿色建筑也成为建筑业发展的必然趋势,而绿色建筑的评价是绿色建筑发展的关键问题。当国外一些发达国家和地区已经针对绿色建筑推出了一系列比较成熟的评价体系时,我国的绿色建筑评价研究才刚刚起步。鉴于此,本文针对绿色建筑评价体系进行了研究,为我国绿色建筑评价体系的发展和完善进行了理论方面的探索。
When sustainable development becomes a global strategy of coordinated development between mankind and nature, green building has also become an inevitable trend of the development of the construction industry, and the evaluation of green building is a key issue for the development of green buildings. When some developed countries and regions have launched a series of relatively mature evaluation systems for green buildings, the research on green building evaluation in China has just started. In view of this, this article has carried on the research to the green building appraisal system, has carried on the theory exploration for the development and the consummation of our country green building appraisal system.
