探讨运用PDCA循环原理构建职业卫生技术服务机构的质量管理体系。从质量方针目标设计开始,通过对职业卫生技术服务涉及的职业病危害评价、职业病危害因素检测等过程分析,形成质量管理体系的架构;利用内外审核、管理评审及质量监督等措施核查体系的完整性、符合性及实际工作的适用性等,对质量管理体系中不符合或不适宜之处进行持续改进,并在下一循环中验证其有效性,从而不断完善和提高职业卫生技术服务的能力与水平。
To explore the use of PDCA cycle principle to build occupational health technical service quality management system. Starting from the design goal of quality policy, the quality management system structure is formed through the process analysis of occupational disease hazard assessment and occupational disease hazard factor detection involved in the technical service of occupational health; the integrity of the system is verified by internal and external audits, management review and quality supervision measures , Conformity and applicability of practical work, etc., continuously improve nonconformity or inappropriateness in the quality management system and verify its validity in the next cycle so as to continuously improve and enhance the capability and level of technical service for occupational health .
