“就业援助”是再就业工程中一项极其重要而艰巨的工作,也是一项实实在在的“民心工程”。今年6月武汉市政府出资买岗2000个,用以援助“出中心”的市属国企特困下岗职工再就业。紧接着,各行业主管部门再就业指导中心上报2800多名“就业援助”名单,各城区劳动部门以及社会各界全力清理腾出社区就业“三员”岗位(即安保员、保洁员、保绿员)二千余个,市劳动部门据此开出再就业推荐函2818份,并本着就近、自愿、双向选择等原则,相继在武汉劳动力市场和七个城区劳动力市
