民办中小学校长的人力资源管理是民办中小学人力资源管理的重要组成部分,其内容主要包括民办中小学校长的聘用与解聘、培训与开发、评价与考核、激励与约束等。目前,我国民办中小学校长的人力资源管理主要存在校长的聘任制度不规范、校长的解聘制度不健全、校长的培训实效不明显、校长的激励措施不到位、校长的考评形式不科学等问题。因此,应从校长的聘用、解聘、培训、激励、考核等方面入手予以切实地解决,进而规范和促进我国民办中小学校长人力资源管理的效益。
Human resources management of private primary and secondary school principals is an important part of human resource management in private primary and secondary schools. Its contents mainly include hiring and dismissing, training and development of private primary and secondary school principals, evaluation and assessment, encouragement and restraint. At present, the human resource management of the principals of private primary and secondary schools in our country mainly includes the irregular appointment system of principals, the dismissal system of principals, the ineffective training of principals, the inappropriability of principals, and unscientific evaluation of principals. Therefore, we should start from the hiring, dismissal, training, incentives, assessment and other aspects of the start to be practical solutions, and then regulate and promote the effectiveness of human resources management of private primary and secondary schools in our country.
