人际关系是人与人之间在活动过程中直接的心理上的关系或距离。学生学习的好坏除了受主观因素影响,人际关系也是一个重要因素。学生的人际关系主要体现在三个方面,即师生关系、同学关系以及亲族关系。这三个方面共同影响着学生的学习生活,恰当处理这些关系,会对学生的学习产生积极的影响。反之,如果处理不当,会对学生的学习产生不利的影响。
Interpersonal relationship is a direct psychological relationship or distance between people in the process of activity. In addition to being influenced by subjective factors, interpersonal relationships are also an important factor in student learning. Students’ interpersonal relationships are mainly reflected in three aspects, namely teacher-student relationship, classmates relationship and kinship. These three aspects affect students ’learning life together. Properly handling these relationships will have a positive impact on students’ learning. Conversely, improper handling can adversely affect student learning.
