目的:探讨不同生长年限山豆根中苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的含量,为建立和完善中药材山豆根的质量控制体系和适宜采收时间提供实验依据。方法:采用HPLC测定,色谱柱welch materials XB-C18,流动相乙腈-0.08%三乙胺水溶液(12∶88),流速0.8 mL·min-1,检测波长220 nm,检测温度25℃。结果:不同生长年限的山豆根中生物碱的含量差异明显。1,2年生山豆根中生物碱的含量较低,3年生的药材含量明显升高,3~6年的药材含量变化不大。结论:苦参碱和氧化苦参碱的含量变化规律可为确定山豆根的采收年限提供参考依据。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the content of matrine and oxymatrine in different growth stages of C. officinarum, and to provide experimental evidence for establishing and perfecting the quality control system and appropriate harvesting time of M. officinalis. Methods: The HPLC method was used. The column welch materials XB-C18 and mobile phase acetonitrile -0.08% triethylamine (12:88) were used. The flow rate was 0.8 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 220 nm and the detection temperature was 25 ℃. Results: The content of alkaloids in the root of C. mongolica differed significantly in different growth periods. The content of alkaloids in root of 1 year and 2 year old was lower, the content of herbs in 3 year old was obviously increased, and the content of herbs in 3 ~ 6 years did not change much. Conclusion: The changes of matrine and oxymatrine contents may provide a reference for the determination of the harvesting time.
