研究了低碳铝镇静钢冷轧卷在94%N_2+6%H_2气氛下,罩式退火后增氮的存在形式及其对冲压性能的影响。分析结果表明,在总含氮量约70ppm,平均增氮量分别为16和29ppm 的钢中,固溶氮占总氮量的1/4,ALN 中的氮占3/4,此时钢板仍有较高的 r 值与 n 值。
The effect of nitrogen formation after stamping annealing on the stamping properties of low carbon aluminum killed steel cold rolled coil in 94% N 2 + 6% H 2 atmosphere was studied.
