我院在宁夏固海扬水工程中首次设计了几座混凝土折板拱侨,其中长山头泵站进厂公路桥于1980年9月竣工。该桥净跨20米,矢跨比采用1/10,拱圈横截面由连续梯形折板构成,折板厚度10厘米,宽34厘米,矢高30厘水。公路桥按汽一15荷载标准设计,结构布置示意如图1～2。公路桥建成后,经过八个月的通车运行,拱圈部分未发现裂缝,拱顶亦末下沉,情况基本良好。
Our hospital in Ningxia Guhai pumping project for the first time designed a few concrete folding arch arches, of which Chang Shan Tau pumping station into the highway bridge completed in September 1980. The bridge has a net span of 20 meters and a sagittal ratio of 1/10. The cross-section of the arch ring is formed by a continuous trapezoidal folding plate with a thickness of 10 cm, a width of 34 cm and a height of 30 cm. Highway Bridge by a steam load standard design, structural layout shown in Figure 1 ~ 2. After the completion of the road bridge, after eight months of operation, no cracks were found in the part of the arch ring and the vault did not sink at all. The situation was basically good.
