本文研究了新合成显色剂对乙氧基二溴偶氮胂光度法测定锆的反应条件。锆与试剂在1.32mol·L-1的HCl介质中显色,配合物吸收峰为640nm,摩尔吸光系数为5.11×10 ̄4L·mol ̄(-1)cm ̄(-1),配合物组成为1∶3(M∶R),线性范围0~30μg/25mL。考察共存离子干扰,多数离子允许量在10mg以上,不需加入掩蔽剂或其它分离方法,该法就可直接对不含稀土的多种合金中锆进行测定。作者对铝合金进行反复加入回收试验,证明本法灵敏度高,准确度好,选择性强,不失为一种测定微量锆的好方法。
