本文测量分析了32例慢性肺心病及40例正常人的肺导纳图,并与阻抗血流图作了相关研究。肺心病组右室收缩时间间期(RVSTI)显著异常(P<0.01)。表明患者肺动脉高压,右心收缩功能受损,搏出量降低。导纳法与阻抗法相关性良好,且为更简便的一种无创心功检测新方法,值得在临床应用。
This paper measured and analyzed 32 cases of chronic pulmonary heart disease and 40 cases of normal people’s admittance chart, and the impedance blood flow diagram made a related study. Coronary heart disease group RVSTI significantly abnormal (P <0.01). That patients with pulmonary hypertension, impaired right ventricular systolic function, stroke volume decreased. Admittance method and the impedance method is good, and for a more simple and a noninvasive cardiac function testing a new method, it is worth in clinical application.
