薄层层析具有设备简单、快速、效果好、用样少等特点,在各个领域中都被广泛应用。我们根据中草药鉴定时,标准品往往(经鉴定学名的药材样品)量少的特点,采用微量粉末药材进行薄层定性分析,经多次实验,认为一般只要0.1~0.2g 粉末药材,经初步浸提后,如层析条件合适,并有一定化学成分对照晶,就能初步解决药材的真伪优劣问题,并可以比较药材的炮制前后及同科属不同种药材之间的区别。本实验所用吸附剂主要为硅胶 G(黄岩硅胶厂),260~325目,按1∶3.5(0.8%CMC)湿法铺板,展开距离均为10cm。
Thin-layer chromatography has the characteristics of simple equipment, rapidness, good effect, and less use, and is widely used in various fields. According to the characteristics of the Chinese herbal medicines, the standard products are usually small (the sample of the medicinal materials identified by the scientific name) is small, and the thin powders are used for qualitative analysis of thin layers. After repeated experiments, it is considered that only 0.1 to 0.2 g of powdered medicinal materials are generally required for preliminary dipping. After the proposal, if the chromatographic conditions are appropriate and there are certain chemical components of the control crystal, the problems of the authenticity and inferiority of the medicinal materials can be solved initially, and the differences between the medicinal materials before and after the preparation of the medicinal materials and the different medicinal materials of the same family can be compared. The adsorbent used in this experiment was mainly silica gel G (Huangyan Silica Gel Factory), 260-325 mesh, wet-plated at 1:3.5 (0.8% CMC) with a spread of 10 cm.
