目前,随着我国对职业教育重视程度的提高,我国高级职业院校得到了快速发展。但是,从可持续发展的角度看,我国高职院校的人力资源开发依然存在诸多问题,仍然需要面对许多严峻的挑战。因此,高职院校要想获得长远发展,必须高度重视人力资源的可持续发展,制定科学合理的人力资源开发管理战略,大力引进人才,完善高职院校人力资源格局,有效处理人力资源的配置问题,最终推动高职院校的健康发展。
At present, with the improvement of vocational education in our country, our country’s higher vocational colleges have witnessed rapid development. However, from the perspective of sustainable development, there are still many problems in the development of human resources in higher vocational colleges in our country, and many serious challenges still need to be faced.
