长春市建材化工实验厂在长期的施工实践中了解到目前屋面施工程序较繁杂、承重大、工期长保温差,需要研制新型材料来满足建筑保温使用要求。为此该厂经过多次试验研制出 FB 型轻质保温复合板,经应用于第一汽车制造厂、大庆炼油厂等单位屋面工程上,效果较好。此轻质保温复合板选用聚乙烯发泡制成,厚5～10厘米、长200厘米、宽100厘米,规格可根据用户需要设计。强度大,不破碎,吸水性小,容重为3.6～3.9千克/米~3,导热系数0.035W/m·K,可在任何季节施工,并减轻屋面荷重100千克/米~2方右。该产品于1990年12月通过了省级鉴定,鉴定
