研究脆硫铅锑矿在真空条件下的热解行为,对真空冶金法处理脆硫铅锑矿具有重要意义。本文采用实验研究的方法,对各个条件下脆硫铅锑矿真空炉热解产物的物相结构和主要金属元素含量进行了分析,研究结果表明,脆硫铅锑矿(Fe Pb4Sb6S14)在真空炉内较低温度下会发生分解,当温度达到500℃时已经完全分解。分解产物Pb S、Sb2S3、Fe S在实验条件下较稳定并不会发生分解,他们的优先挥发次序依次为:Sb2S3、Pb S、Fe S。
Studying the pyrolytic behavior of jamesonite under vacuum condition is of great significance for the vacuum metallurgical treatment of jamesonite. In this paper, the pyrolysis products of pyrrhotis lead-magnetite vacuum furnace under various conditions were analyzed for the phase structure and the contents of major metal elements. The results show that the pyritesite (Fe Pb4Sb6S14) Within the lower temperature decomposition occurs, when the temperature reaches 500 ° C has been completely decomposed. The decomposition products Pb S, Sb 2 S 3 and Fe S are stable and do not decompose under the experimental conditions. The order of their preferential volatilization is Sb 2 S 3, Pb S and Fe S.
