用辩证唯物主义观点，论述了信息接受与人才素质的一般和个别关系，认为在主、客体关系中，人才内在具体素质的建构尤为重要，进而引伸出适应未来社会科技一体化的趋势和社会科学与自然科学走向融合的必然趋势，指出培养综合素质人才的重要性、必要性。同时，对成方各方面因素做了必要的阐述。
With the view of dialectical materialism, the author discusses the general and individual relationship between information acceptance and the quality of talented people.
