根据中国航天科工集团公司2011~2020年扶贫工作计划的部署,中国航天科工飞航技术研究院从2011年起对口帮扶云南省昆明市东川区,航天科工杉木小学、航天科工育种及农产品供应基地、山洪地质灾害防治气象保障工程成为三大帮扶项目。东川区位于昆明市最北端,拥有人口30.2万,截至2011年底,东川区有贫困人口11.99万人。据2010年人口普查统计数据显示,东川区6岁以上学龄人口中,初中文化程度人口数的比例仅为29%。
According to the deployment of the poverty alleviation work plan of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation from 2011 to 2020, China Aerospace Science and Technology Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics started its cooperation with Dongchuan District of Kunming City in Yunnan Province, Aerospace Science and Industry Cunningham Primary School, Aerospace Science and Industry Breeding and agricultural products supply base, flood protection and geological disaster prevention meteorological support project has become the three major aid projects. Dongchuan District is located in the northernmost part of Kunming City, with a population of 302,000. As of the end of 2011, there were 119,900 poor people in Dongchuan District. According to the 2010 census statistics, Dongchuan District, the proportion of school-age population over the age of 6, junior high school education level was only 29%.
