工匠精神,是指工匠对自己的产品精雕细琢,精益求精、更完美的精神理念。要实现中国制造2025战略目标,使我国由制造大国迈向制造强国,迫切需要培养工匠精神,更需要各个行业涌现出更多的优秀工匠。职业学校向来是培育工匠的主阵地,如何适应形势,将“工匠精神”融入职业教育教学过程中,同时利用现代学徒制等人才培养模式与企业加强互动,成为职业学校面临的新课题。本文中,笔者提出了努力营造崇德尚技的育人环境,将“工匠精神”融入教学过程中;崇尚技能,提高教学质量,将创新基因融入“工匠精神”;推行现代学徒制,打造育人双主体等校企共铸工匠精神的具体举措。
Craftsmanship refers to craftsmen on their own products crafted, better, more perfect spiritual ideas. To achieve the 2025 strategic goal of China’s manufacturing and to make China move from a manufacturing country to a manufacturing power, there is an urgent need to cultivate the spirit of artisans and more excellent craftsmen emerge from all walks of life. Vocational schools have always been the main front for cultivating artisans. How to adapt to the situation and integrate “artisan spirit” into the process of vocational education and teaching? At the same time, the use of modern apprenticeship and other personnel training modes to enhance interaction with enterprises has become a new topic for vocational schools. In this article, the author puts forward the efforts to create an educating environment in which the morality and morality are still strong, integrating “artisan spirit” into the teaching process, advocating skills and improving the quality of teaching, integrating the innovative gene into the “artisan spirit”, promoting modern apprenticeship System, to create a dual body of educators and other school-owned co-casting craftsman’s concrete measures.
