我厂φ600合成塔使用了镍铬-镍硅多点式热电偶测温。有一次,在生产正常的情况下,发现XWC-300型长图记录仪表所记录的曲线中,有一测温点的温度示值呈下降趋势(下降到比原实际操作温度低120℃左右)。我们检查记录仪表、一次元件及线路均无问题。再仔细检查热电偶的外套管,结果发现其上有一破裂处,该处位于一测温点附近,所测的是渗透了气体的温度值,它比实际操作温度值低,
