由感染日本血吸虫兔肝取新鲜纯卵,在体外用0.01~100μg/ml浓度的吡喹酮于4℃处理30~120min后,于无药清水中进行毛蚴孵化试验,结果表明:(1)毛蚴孵化,0.01μg/ml处理30~120min的虫卵不被抑制,0.1μg/ml处理120min和1μg/ml处理30min的虫卵显部分抑制,而10μg/ml处理60min和100μg/ml处理30min的虫卵呈完全抑制;(2)沉渣镜检,孵化未被抑制和未被完全抑制的各药物处理组及对照组,其孵化后的空壳率明显增多;而孵化被完全抑制的各药物处理组的空壳率在孵化前后无显著差别。说明吡喹酮对虫卵毛蚴孵化有直接的抑制作用。
