“学困生”是学校教育教学活动中的客观存在。小学阶段一般把考核检测不合格的学生暂时视作“学困生”。“学困生”的成因一般涉及以下几方面:学生个体身心发展状况;学校管理制度;教师教学方法;学生家庭配合,等等。因此,“学困生”的转化是系统工程,需要诸多方面的齐抓共管,各种因素的协调配合。我校经过多年实践探索,取得了初步成效。
“Students with learning difficulties ” is an objective existence in the school education and teaching activities. The primary stage of the general assessment of unqualified students temporarily as “poor students ”. “Students with learning difficulties ” are generally related to the following causes: the physical and mental development of individual students; school management system; teacher teaching methods; student family cooperation, and so on. Therefore, the transformation of “students with learning difficulties” is a systematic project that requires concerted efforts in many aspects and coordination of various factors. Our school after years of practical exploration and achieved initial results.
