HEF4750/4751大规模集成锁相环频率合成器是 PHILIPS 公司的配套产品.HEF4750具有参考振荡器、参考分频器、相位调制器和两个鉴相器。其中 PC1具有很高的鉴相增益,适合用于单环频率合成器。HEF4751是个通用可编程分频器,它是采用多路反馈技术设计的。多路反馈分频技术是吞脉冲技术的发展和延伸,使得能在环路 VCO 和程序分频器之间插入多个高速前置分频器,大大的降低了输入程序分频器的频率。本文详细地介绍和分析了这两种集成电路的组成和功能,并结合具体设计例子说明这两种电路的使用方法和附加电路的形式,对从事移动通信装备频率合成器研究和设计的工程技术人员,有一定参考价值。
The HEF4750 / 4751 large scale integrated phase locked loop frequency synthesizer is companion to PHILIPS Inc. The HEF4750 features a reference oscillator, a reference divider, a phase modulator, and two phase detectors. PC1 which has a high phase gain, suitable for single-loop frequency synthesizer. The HEF4751 is a general purpose programmable divider designed using multiple feedback techniques. Multichannel feedback divider technology is the development and extension of swallow pulse technology, which makes it possible to insert multiple high-speed pre-dividers between the loop VCO and the program divider, greatly reducing the frequency of the input program divider. This paper introduces and analyzes the composition and function of these two kinds of integrated circuits in detail, and explains the using methods of these two kinds of circuits and the form of additional circuits by combining concrete design examples.
