采用统计数值模拟方法研究人工降水增雨效果统计量的分布及特征。结果表明：人工降水增雨效果统计量服从正态分布（正态拟合概率＞ ０．７０），增雨效果统计量的均值与增雨效果相关密切（ｒ＞ ０．９９，α＜ ０．００１），一元线性回归方程显著，可信度达９９％ 以上。利用这一规律，通过统计增雨效果统计量可以求出人工增水效果。
Statistic Numerical Simulation Method to Study Distribution and Characteristics of Statistics of Precipitation and Rainfall Effect. The results show that the statistics of rainfall precipitation accretion normal distribution (normal fitting probability> 0.70), and the average of rainfall effect statistic is closely related to the rainfall increasing effect (r> 0.99, α <0. 001), the linear regression equation is significant, with the credibility of more than 99%. By using this law, we can find out the effect of artificial water enhancement by statistics of rainfall effect statistics.
