土壤对金属腐蚀性的确定是土壤腐蚀研究的重要内容之一。土壤腐蚀性的最可靠而直接的指标是测定金属在该土壤中的腐蚀速率。埋片失重法是测定平均腐蚀速率的经典方法。此法麻烦费时。在以前工作的基础上,本文提出了土壤中金属腐蚀速率的电化学测求法,并与失重法相比较;本文计算了低合金钢在七种土壤中的平均腐蚀率,可为土壤腐蚀性评价与金属防护工程提供依据。
Determining the corrosivity of soil to metal is one of the important contents of soil erosion research. The most reliable and direct indicator of soil corrosivity is the determination of the metal’s corrosion rate in the soil. Burial weight loss method is to determine the average corrosion rate of the classic method. This method is cumbersome and time-consuming. Based on the previous work, the electrochemical method of metal corrosion rate in soil was proposed and compared with the weight loss method. In this paper, the average corrosion rate of low alloy steel in seven soils was calculated, which can be used for the evaluation of soil corrosion and Metal protection project to provide the basis.
