根据中国目前的建筑节能现况,节能型建筑已经普遍推行,节能建筑施工要求一般来说,建筑节能主要从外墙、屋面、门窗、等方面提高围护结构的热阻值和密闭性,达到节约建筑物的使用能耗的目的。施工单位应根据节能建筑设计施工图,结合特殊性,制定施工方案,设立有效的质量控制点,严格按操作程序施工,保证必需的施工周期。本文首先阐述节能建筑施工的前期工作,其次重点论述了节能建筑施工技术及措施。
