本文对我院围产儿(系指孕28周至产后7足天内者)尸检118例进行总结分析,分为主要死因分布、临床诊断与病理诊断对照及讨论三部分。死胎死产40例(死胎22例、死产18例),活产死亡78例。本文表Ⅱ临床诊断死胎或死产仅21例,另19例则按其临床诊断归入相应项内。凡病理诊断如肺羊水吸入,内脏器官淤血及渗出性出血,而又未发现其它可以致死的病变者,本文均归入缺氧项内,凡临床诊断如窒息、过期妊娠、胎盘功能
This article on my hospital perinatal children (mean 28 weeks pregnant to 7 days after delivery) autopsy 118 cases were analyzed, divided into the main cause of death distribution, clinical diagnosis and pathological diagnosis control and discussion of three parts. 40 stillbirths (22 stillbirths, 18 stillbirths) and 78 live births. Table II clinical diagnosis of stillbirth or stillbirth only 21 cases, the other 19 cases were classified according to their clinical diagnosis of the corresponding items.
