在我国近年各类城市新区建设的大型居住小区中,存在一种普遍的空间形态——“围城型”空间,借助新马克思主义理论,本文对产生这一空间形态的动力机制进行了理论分析,指出此种空间现象背后的资本逻辑,并对如何管控这一现象提出了规划管理策略。
Among the large-scale residential quarters built in all kinds of urban new areas in China in recent years, there is a kind of universal spatial form - the “siege-type” space. With the help of neo-Marxist theory, this paper makes a theory of the motivation mechanism that produces this spatial form Analyzes and points out the capital logic behind this kind of space phenomenon and proposes a planning and management strategy on how to control this phenomenon.
