目的:为了解杭州市单核细胞增生李斯特菌的污染情况。方法:对杭州市六大类样品进行了单增李斯特菌的增菌分离培养;对所分离到的菌株进行了生化鉴定和脉冲场凝胶电泳分型。结果:6大类共798份样品中,共检出LM菌株29株,检出率为3.63%。不同种类样品的阳性率高低不一。市售冻鸡肉检出率最高,达76.47%,小水产、肉类、卤味等样品检出率在1.24%~5.13%之间,生牛奶中未见检出,所分离到的菌株生化反应一致,PFGE分成14个图谱类型,各型之间不紧密相关。结论:杭州市食品中单核细胞增生李斯特菌的总体污染情况不是很严重,但有几类样品存在着较高的阳性率。从所分离到的菌株遗传学上的表现形式来看,杭州市食品中LM的污染来源于不同的克隆株,菌型分散,未发现单个基因型菌株流行的迹象,但仍然存在着引发食物中毒的潜在危险,应加强对禽、猪屠宰过程和贮藏、运输、销售各环节的卫生监督和管理。
Objective: To understand the pollution of Listeria monocytogenes in Hangzhou. Methods: Six kinds of samples in Hangzhou were enriched by Listeria monocytogenes. The isolated strains were biochemically identified and pulsed-field gel electrophoresis. Results: Among the 798 samples in 6 categories, 29 LM strains were detected, the detection rate was 3.63%. The positive rate of different types of samples varies. The highest detection rate of commercial frozen chicken meat was 76.47%. The detection rates of small aquatic products, meat products and lobster samples were between 1.24% and 5.13%, no detection was found in raw milk, and the biochemical reactions of the isolated strains were consistent , PFGE is divided into 14 map types, not closely related between the various types. Conclusion: The overall contamination of Listeria monocytogenes in food in Hangzhou is not very serious, but there are several samples with higher positive rate. From the isolated strains of genetic manifestations, the LM in Hangzhou food contamination from different clonal strains, bacteria dispersed, no single genotype strains of the epidemic was found, but there are still triggering food poisoning Of the potential danger, we should strengthen the poultry and pig slaughtering process and storage, transportation, marketing, health supervision and management of all aspects.
