以偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)为发泡剂,丁基橡胶(IIR)为基体,通过机械共混法制备丁基发泡橡胶。研究了硫化温度和硫化时间对丁基发泡橡胶的力学性能的影响,讨论了稀土氧化钇(Y_2O_3)填充丁基发泡橡胶对丁基发泡橡胶力学性能的影响并对稀土Y_2O_3填充丁基发泡橡胶的微观形貌进行观察。结果表明,硫化温度和硫化时间对断裂伸长率的影响甚微,但对拉伸强度和硬度有较大影响。硫化温度为170℃、硫化时间为30min时,有最大拉伸强度和硬度。稀土Y_2O_3填料用量为20phr时,有最大拉伸强度和断裂伸长率。扫描电镜显示,20phr稀土Y_2O_3填充后的丁基发泡橡胶泡孔分布均匀,孔径均一。
A butyl rubber (IIR) was used as the foaming agent with azodicarbonamide (AC) as foaming agent and butyl rubber was prepared by mechanical blending method. The effects of curing temperature and vulcanization time on the mechanical properties of butyl rubber were studied. The effects of rare earth yttrium oxide (Y_2O_3) filled butyl rubber on the mechanical properties of butyl rubber were discussed.
