针对液压泵故障检测手段的不完善性、信号获取装置的不稳定性等原因造成的诊断信息不完备性,提出一种基于灰靶理论的液压系统健康状态方法。该方法首先利用小波包消噪和Hilbert变换对信号进行预处理,然后提取液压泵故障信号特征,对不同严重程度的液压泵复合故障进行分析,将信号幅值域特征作为特征向量,最后通过建立标准故障模式,利用靶心度计算确定故障等级。实验研究表明,采用灰靶理论对液压泵进行故障程度分级是有效可行的。
Aimed at the imperfectness of fault detection means of hydraulic pump and the incompleteness of diagnostic information caused by the instability of signal acquisition device, a method of health status of hydraulic system based on gray target theory is proposed. Firstly, the signal is preprocessed by wavelet packet de-noising and Hilbert transform. Then, the fault signal characteristics of hydraulic pump are extracted, the compound fault of hydraulic pump with different severity is analyzed, and the signal amplitude domain feature is taken as eigenvector. Finally, Standard failure mode, the use of bull’s eye to determine the level of fault calculation. Experimental results show that using gray target theory to classify the degree of failure of the hydraulic pump is effective and feasible.
