在建筑施工中有大量砌体出现了裂缝现象,严重影响了建筑物使用安全,因此必须及时对砌体裂缝进行加固,并采取必要的防治措施。砌体是由砌块和砂浆砌筑而成的,整体性比较差,抗拉和抗剪强度低,容易产生裂缝。而一般裂缝为细小的,往往被人忽略,但长时间后,裂缝会扩大面积,降低建筑物的抗震能力。砌体裂缝种类很多,形态各异,而引起裂缝的原因有温度变化、地基不均匀沉降、荷载增加、设计不合理、材料选用不当等多种因素。以下对砌体裂缝分析了一些预防措施,以期为今后的施工人员积累一些有益的经验。
