目的 评价所建立的适合我国城市医院患者的单纯高血压专科诊疗路径的效果、效益、可行性和可推广性。方法 采用历史对照方法和个人深入访谈法, 对所建立的专科诊疗路径进行评价。结果 实施单纯高血压专科诊疗路径能降低医疗费用, 提高患者对医疗服务的满意度。结论 单纯高血压专科诊疗路径在提高医院运行效率的同时规范了医疗服务, 确实是一个具有成本效果的疾病管理模式。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness, effectiveness, feasibility and feasibility of established hypertensive specialist pathways in urban hospitals in China. Methods The method of historical comparison and personal in-depth interviews were used to evaluate the established pathways of special medical treatment. Results The implementation of simple hypertension clinic path can reduce medical costs and improve patient satisfaction with medical services. Conclusion Hypertension diagnosis and treatment pathways only standardize medical services while improving hospital operation efficiency. It is indeed a cost-effective disease management model.
