目的:建立HPLC法测定三白草中槲皮素含量的方法。方法:采用95%乙醇-25%盐酸(4∶1)为溶剂提取槲皮素,用高效液相色谱法测定三白草中槲皮素的含量。色谱柱:Lichrospher C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.05%磷酸(45∶55);流速:1.0 ml/min;柱温:25℃;检测波长:370 nm。结果:槲皮素在0.985~6.895μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.7%。结论:该方法简便可行、重复性好,可作为三白草质量评价的方法之一。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of quercetin in Saururus chinensis by HPLC. Method: Quercetin was extracted with 95% ethanol-25% hydrochloric acid (4:1) as solvent, and quercetin content in Saururus chinensis was determined by HPLC. Column: Lichrospher C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid (45:55); flow rate: 1.0 ml/min; column temperature: 25° C.; detection wavelength: 370 nm. Results: The quercetin had good linearity in the range of 0.985~6.895μg. The average recovery was 98.7%. Conclusion: This method is simple, feasible and reproducible. It can be used as one of the methods for the quality evaluation of Saururus chinensis.
