我公导与美国凤凰集团合资,购买了美国一间铸造厂的全套铸造设备,其中有两套砂处理系统,分别向SPO和DISA造型生产线供砂。本文介绍了这两套砂处理系统的特点,概述了拆迁原则和重新设计安装中如何结合我国国情和工厂实际,在充分利用其设备,保留原优点基础上,修改设计为适合我用的砂处理线的体会,对如何完善其设计作了浅析。
My public guide and the United States Phoenix Group joint venture, purchased a full set of foundry casting plant in the United States, of which two sets of sand processing system, respectively, to the SPO and DISA modeling production line for sand. This paper introduces the characteristics of these two sets of sand treatment system, summarizes the principle of demolition and how to re-design and installation of how to combine our national conditions and the actual plant, make full use of its equipment, retained the original advantages, based on the modified design for my sand Line of experience, on how to improve its design made a brief analysis.
