本文通过曲轴磨床的例子介绍了应用一般测试仪器测定机床静动态性能的方法。通过静动态测试,取得了关于M8260型曲轴磨床结构性能的大量参数,为建立机床动力学模型准备了必要的数据。
In this paper, an example of crankshaft grinding machine is introduced to measure the static and dynamic performance of machine tools by using general testing instruments. Through the static and dynamic tests, a great deal of parameters have been obtained on the structural performance of M8260 crankshaft grinder, and the necessary data have been prepared for establishing the dynamic model of the machine tool.
