目的：探求高血压急性脑出血的有效救治方法，降低患者致残率和病死率。方法：对４７例高血压急性脑出血患者应用钻孔引流和中西药联用治疗并进行效果分析。结果：治疗２周内总有效率为８３％（存活３９例），死亡８例；存活３９例中无一例发生肺部感染和应激性溃疡出血。随访６个月～２年，生活自理者２８例，半自理者９例，偏瘫减轻者２例。结论：高血压急性脑出血患者由于钻孔引流，清除了血肿，解除了脑内占位效应，迅速减轻了颅内压；甘露醇快速减轻脑水肿；所用中药有调整气血、平肝阳、清热解毒、开窍明神之功。钻孔引流和中西药联用能促使脑组织功能早日康复，减少并发症，改善了预后。
Objective: To explore the effective treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, reduce the morbidity and mortality of patients. Methods: Forty-seven hypertensive patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were treated with drilling drainage and combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine, and their effects were analyzed. Results: The total effective rate was 83% within 2 weeks (39 cases of survival) and 8 cases of death. None of the 39 cases survived pulmonary infection and stress ulcer bleeding. Followed up for 6 months to 2 years, 28 cases of self-care, 9 cases of semi-self-care, 2 cases of alleviation of hemiplegia. Conclusion: Hypertensive patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage due to drilling drainage, clear the hematoma, relieve the brain space-occupying effect, quickly reduce the intracranial pressure; mannitol quickly reduce cerebral edema; the use of traditional Chinese medicine to adjust blood, Pinggan Yang, Detoxification, reap the power of God. Drilling drainage and combination of Chinese and Western medicine can promote the early recovery of brain function, reduce complications and improve prognosis.
