虽然法律史学界已经在古代是否存在地方立法这一问题上基本达成共识,关于古代地方立法的研究也越来越多,但是目前的研究尚不够深入细致,没有进一步挖掘古代地方立法的背后蕴含的经济、文化、社会因素。清代的地方立法数量众多,立法技术成熟完善。笔者将选取清代地方制定颁布的禁毁戏剧法律为研究对象,尝试揭示清代地方立法的特点,并深入分析文化意蕴。
