为探讨免疫调节疗法对苯中毒所致再生障碍性贫血(AA)的疗效,采用抗人T淋巴细胞单克隆抗体(McAbT)SMU3(抗CD3)和SMU8(抗CD8)治疗8例苯中毒所致AA,基本治愈4例,缓解1例,明显进步3例。治疗前CD+4/CD+8比例倒置,淋巴细胞表面HLADR抗原表达增高;治疗后CD+4/CD+8比例及HLADR抗原表达恢复正常。无血清病及血细胞减少等严重毒副作用。证明苯中毒所致AA存在细胞免疫功能紊乱,McAbT免疫调节治疗具有显著疗效
