我院创建爱婴医院以来，对在我院出生的新生儿实行纯母乳喂养，为了解母乳喂养与混合喂养对新生儿生长发育的影响情况，采取对日常记录资料的整理的方法，对母乳喂养和混合喂养的新生儿，各600例的体重增长情况进行了比较，结果表明7日内回复至出生时作重者．母乳组较混合组迅速．经卡方检验X2＝12．07．P值＝0．0005，有显著性差异。
