试验表明,经预处理的可锻铸铁试样在860~880℃盐浴中保温一定时间后油淬,可以得到HRc52~61的硬度。保温时间随珠光体数量的增多而缩短。锰量增加,淬火温度可以降低,保温时间可以缩短。并介绍用这种材料试制JL650型胶轮车轴挡零件的几种工艺流程。
The test shows that the hardness of HRc 52 ~ 61 can be obtained by oil quenching after pretreatment of malleable cast iron sample in 860 ~ 880 ℃ salt bath for a certain period of time. Holding time increases with the number of pearlite shortened. Increasing the amount of manganese, quenching temperature can be reduced, holding time can be shortened. And introduced with this material trial JL650 rubber tire shaft parts of several process.
