政法中青年领导干部是维护社会政治稳定的中坚力量,是实现依法治国的生力军。党的十六大报告明确提出,要“建设一支政治合格,业务精通,作风优良,公正执法的司法队伍”。要实现这一奋斗目标,政法部门的中青年领导干部的表率作用尤为重要。在这里,结合学习党的十六大精神和政法队伍的实际,与政法中青年领导干部谈几点看法。带头学习,提高素质十六大报告强调指出,要形成全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会,促进入的全面发展。作为政法部门的中青年领导干部,学习,最重要的是加强理论学习。要达到政治上坚定就必须加强理论学习。
The leading cadres in politics and law are the backbone for maintaining social and political stability and are the new force in governing the country according to law. The report of the 16th National Congress of the CPC explicitly stated that it is necessary to “build a judicial contingent that is qualified politically, proficient in business, good in style and just in law enforcement.” In order to achieve this goal, the leading role of young and middle-aged leading cadres in political and legal departments is particularly important. Here, we should talk with the young leading cadres in political and legal circles on the basis of studying the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the CPC and the actual political and legal ranks. Take the lead in studying and improving the quality The report of the 16th CPC National Congress emphasized that it is necessary to form a learning society in which all people learn and lifelong learning and promote the all-round development.
