利用SEM,XRD,EDS等研究了20钢在CO2/水溶液气液两相分层流液相中的腐蚀速率、腐蚀形貌以及腐蚀产物膜层的成分,并初步分析了其腐蚀行为机制。结果表明:随着时间的延长20钢腐蚀速率呈现不规则齿状规律变化,在4 h和8 h分别出现腐蚀速率峰值,腐蚀速率分别为2.27 mm/a,1.66 mm/a,5 h和12 h时出现腐蚀速率的谷值为1.02 mm/a,在8 h时腐蚀产物膜层由厚度为6μm左右致密的内层膜和厚度为9μm左右疏松的外层膜组成,腐蚀产物的主要组成元素为Fe、C、O,内层产物膜中Fe、C与O原子比稳定,而外层产物膜层的Fe、C与O原子比在膜层厚度方向上变化较大。
The corrosion rate, corrosion morphology and the composition of the corrosion products of 20 steel in CO2 / aqueous gas-liquid two-phase stratified flow were studied by SEM, XRD and EDS. The corrosion behavior of 20 steel was also analyzed. The results showed that the corrosion rate of 20 steel changed irregularly with the increase of time, and the corrosion rates peaked at 4 h and 8 h respectively, and the corrosion rates were 2.27 mm / a, 1.66 mm / a, 5 h and 12 h, the erosion rate is 1.02 mm / a. At 8 h, the corrosion product film consists of an inner film with a thickness of about 6 μm and an outer film with a thickness of about 9 μm. The major components of the corrosion products Fe, C, O, the atomic ratio of Fe, C and O in the inner product film is stable, while the atomic ratio of Fe, C and O in the outer product film layer changes greatly in the thickness direction of the film.
