本文侧重于讨论基地式仪表所组成的单回路控制系统的实验整定方法,当然同样适用于单元组合仪表的整定。 1.用优选法整定调节放大器参数我厂中心试验室承担全厂各种碳钢、合金结构钢等试样的热处理,有一定的温度范围和控温精确度要求(如有的要求±10℃)。建厂初期购进整套电气控制箱,用EWY仪表作测温指示记录,以其凸轮接点带动交流接触器控制箱式炉电源的通断。这种原始的控制方法噪声大,电耗多,控温精确度差,不能保证试样处理所需的控制精确度要求。为此,先后将单相炉和三相炉电气控制线路进行改造,用动圈表PID电子调节电路代替原来凸轮触点,用可控硅代替接触器,两者之间分别用移相触发电路和过零触发电路连接起来,这样就得到了较好的恒温控制效果。但是,如果调节放大器的参数整定得不好,那么,恒温的精确度还是不能令人满意的。下面就谈一下我们是如何运用优选法整定调节放大器参数的。
