吸气相HRCT(高分辨CT)对于肺部疾病诊断的价值在临床上已经得到肯定。80年代后期出现了呼气相HRCT的研究。目前国内呼气相HRCT的研究主要集中在呼气相异常表现与肺功能的关系,有关国人呼气相HRCT的正常所见未见系统研究。拟通过28例正常受试者吸气相和呼气相HRCT检查,探讨呼气相HRCT的正常表现及相关指标,为呼气相HRCT在肺疾病诊断中的应用奠定基础。
The value of HRCT (High Resolution CT) in the diagnosis of pulmonary diseases has been clinically confirmed. In the late 1980s, a study of exhaled phase HRCT occurred. At present, the studies on the expiratory phase HRCT mainly focus on the relationship between abnormal expiratory phase and pulmonary function. There is no systematic study about the normal appearance of expired phase HRCT in China. It is hoped that the inhalation phase and expiratory phase HRCT examination of 28 normal subjects will explore the normal performance of the expiratory HRCT and related indicators, which will lay the foundation for the application of expiratory HRCT in the diagnosis of pulmonary disease.
