办学理念是指导办学的重要因素。本文在远程开放教育特性分析的基础上,提出了“学生用户”是树立“以学习者为中心”的办学理念的基点观点,并对此进行了说明,探讨了“学生用户”的实施方略和“学后服务”观念的内涵。
