一、前言西林钢铁公司100m~3高炉铁水罐原采用焦粉保温,由于焦粉本身灰分含量高,影响了铁水的纯净度,且保温效果不理想,铁水经常粘罐,降低了铁水罐的寿命;为提高铁水的纯净度及保证炼钢用铁水的物理热,达到系统节能降耗的目的,改用压缩稻壳对铁水罐进行保温。二、生产实践西钢铁水罐为35吨,分三组进行生产试验。第一组,按每罐铁水用40kg压缩稻壳,即折合每吨铁水用2kg压缩稻壳,铁水罐表
