为满足升级工程100MeV强流回旋加速器金属实验腔热测的需要,技术部设计、改造了1台44.5MHz的射频功率源。主要工作包括设计、实现1台10kW电子管放大器(图1)。末级电子管采用Eimac风冷四极管4CX15000A;输入采用四分之一波长带状线结构;输出使用四分之一波长外方内圆同轴结构;电子管使用阴地线路,工作类型为AB1类。
In order to meet the need of thermal testing of the metal laboratory chamber of the 100MeV high-flow cyclotron of the upgrade project, the technical department designed and renovated a 44.5MHz RF power source. The main job includes designing and implementing a 10kW tube amplifier (Figure 1). The last stage electron tube adopts Eimac air-cooled quadruple 4CX15000A; the input adopts the quarter-wavelength strip line structure; the output uses the quarter-wave outer circular inner coaxial structure; the tube uses the female line and the working type is AB1 .
