本文针对民办高校特点,并结合安徽新华学院安全工程专业建设发展的实际经验,从人才培养目标定位,安全工程专业课程设置,实习实践环节,实验室建设,以及自身存在的不足等方面论述了民办高校如何依据自身特点和优势,结合市场经济发展对安全工程专业人才的需求,对应用型人才培养模式进行探讨。
In this paper, according to the characteristics of private colleges and universities, combined with the practical experience of the construction and development of safety engineering specialty in Xinhua College, Anhui Province, this paper discusses the aspects of private training, such as the orientation of personnel training, the curriculum of safety engineering, the practical training, the construction of laboratory and the existing problems. Based on the characteristics and advantages of colleges and universities, combining with the demand of safety engineering professionals in the market economy development, this paper discusses the training mode of applied talents.
