在川气东送管道一期投产过程中,为了确保新清溪1井正常生产,应急投产川维支线。在燕子窝-天生段和天生-金山段封存氮气隔离段,采用“气推气”置换工艺,对站场工艺管道与长输管道进行同步置换。利用阀室内的调流阀进行流量调节,控制置换速度,缓解气井油层的套管压力。采取干支线联通反输工艺流程,利用管存气确保普光净化厂的顺利投产。通过对注氮、置换、升压、流速控制等作业参数的具体分析,阐述了管道投产置换中的关键控制点及技术措施。(表2,图2,参10)
